PhotoSecure and DNA Technologies Team Up to Combat Counterfeiting

April 4, 2002 - DNA Technologies Partners With Canada's Premier Sportscard Authenticator

(TORONTO) DNA Technologies, a division of CrossOff Incorporated (TSE:OFF), announced today that they will protect the authenticity of graded cards produced by KSA Sports Cards Inc. The agreement will see authenticated KSA graded sports cards registered in the CrossOff Registry, creating an electronic record for each card.

DNA Technologies has developed the CrossOff Registry system, an online consumer registry product designed to protect valuables and collectibles worldwide. A registration certificate accompanies all protected merchandise, which provides instructions to consumers to visit www.crossoff.com to register their valuables and create a unique electronic record of authenticity for each item in their collection. This digital safety deposit box is highly secure and allows the owner to manage their collectables by collection. When items in their collection are sold, they simply transfer the electronic record of authenticity to the new owner.

"KSA is a well respected Canadian leader in the graded cards business and we are pleased to become associated with them", said Thomas A. Nicolette, President of DNA Technologies. "They share our vision of providing collectors worldwide with a digital safety box to protect and manage their collectibles online."

"We pride ourselves on providing our collectors with innovative solutions to protect their graded cards for life," said Rick Kressler, President of KSA Cards. "With DNA Technologies we can now expand that protection online to include registration and collection management services."

KSA Sports Cards is one of Canada's premier sports card authenticators, leading the way in grading and protecting sports cards. They use an extensive 10-point certification process to ensure grading accuracy and consistency. Registration of KSA's graded cards offers collectors the ability to create a unique record of their graded cards and manage their collection with CrossOff's collection feature software. When the cards are traded, the electronic record provides proof of authenticity and can be traded to the new owner.
