CrossOff and Long Reach International will work together to develop business opportunities to jointly market the CrossOff Registry services to European sports organizations.

The sports industry internationally has been plagued by fraud and forgery. The CrossOff database registry has been designed and developed to protect businesses and consumers from fraud and forgery, by making the sale of counterfeit and fraudulent goods considerably more difficult.

The letter of intent was signed at the recent Sports Business Event in London, England. The business relationship is subject to the parties negotiating a binding agreement covering the respective responsibilities and benefits for each party.
